Thompson, Fennell and Associates is looking for a licensed counselor, social worker, marital and family therapist or psychologist with strong clinical skills and a desire to be a part of our growing practice.

Thompson, Fennell and Associates is a  team of experienced and dedicated clinicians who value collaboration and personal growth. We are a thriving generalist practice with three psychologists, a social worker who is a board certified art therapist and a marriage and family therapist. We value diversity of therapeutic perspectives, working together as a team, and a culture of personal and professional health.

As a practice in Cincinnati for over thirty years, we have established ourselves as a group of clinicians who provide professional excellence in a caring and client-directed manner. We hold to the power of love and hold faithfully to a philosophy rooted in the sincere belief of the integrity and worth of every individual. We are relationally focused and actively assist our clients in exploring and creating relational and spiritual help. We treat each individual, marriage and family uniquely and provide a trustful and positive environment for examining past and present problems, focusing on the development of improved coping strategies for the future.  Therapists at Thompson, Fennell and Associates are hired as independent contractors who can, in the context of our values and professional service, can tailor their own patient load and work habits as would best suit them
